1. Write to those that represent you in Congress

2. Write to the appropriate regulatory agencies

Cosmetics and personal care products come under the regulation of the FDA.

Call FDA's Office of Cosmetics and Colors at 1-202-401-9725 for information on how to report adverse         reactions to cosmetics, as well as problems such as filth, decomposition, or spoilage.

You may also send your report in writing to: FDA, Office of Cosmetics and Colors (HFS-100), 200 C St., SW, Washington, DC 20204.

Household and other consumer products come under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Product Safety Commission

According to Postal Regulations Scented Advertising Strips sent via US Mail should be sealed. If a scented advertising strip leaks you can file a complaint with the US Post Office

3. Write Letters
    to companies that make the products that cause you problems
    to the facilities that contain scented products that cause you problems
    to the editors of publications

4. Educate - many people are not aware fragrance can cause or trigger health problems
